Dragon Adventure

Dragon Adventure is a 2-stage set of 72 puzzles. In the first stage, The Enchanted Forest, students design their dragon and train it to find treasure. Students program the dragon to reach the treasure while avoiding or blasting through obstacles such as ice walls or barriers. In the Flying Fortress stage, they program the flying dragon to reach the gem while navigating through an aerial maze of paths and blowing fireballs at the flying airships. Students who complete this puzzle set will understand how to break down a problem into smaller tasks, debug programs, use loops for repetition, and use conditional logic.This set introduces programming tasks such as defining functions, using functions, specifying function parameters, and more complex sequencing challenges. It reinforces pattern recognition, automation, and algorithmic thinking.
